A born and raised Kansas girl who: strives to follow Jesus' example, loves to laugh, is head over heels for her firefighting hubby & is called momma by the most precious daughter.
I'm primarily an unposed, natural light, family & wedding photographer - this means that I look at each session as a chance to document someones story, not to capture the "Christmas card photo" - though we will get one lol.
I'm not the photographer for everyone; but, my heart is to capture you and your relationships as they really are. Perfectly imperfect, full of love and life.
On wedding days I'm there for my couples, however they need me: I've sewn a dress, created a bustle for another, created a bouquet from what was around, been a mediator between family members, a voice for my couples, a cake decorator as well as capturing as many moments as a possibly can with my R6 - I have your back & it's going to be the most stress free and fun day if I have anything to say about it ;)
For all other sessions, gosh, do you feel like life sweeps us every which way, bringing seasons of joy and seasons of hardship so quickly you blink and miss it? I believe in each season, there is beauty to be found and moments that you will want captured through photography, before they become fuzzy or are forgotten.
In my galleries you will find: connection, images that are full of passion, love, color & laughter for generations to admire, and maybe even feel like they know you through the images they hold in their hands.

We live behind our phones so much now, trying to capture moments to share with others, that we forget to just BE with the people we love.
Don't get me wrong, obviously I love photos, but more often than not; someone is not in the majority of the photos because they're the ones with the phone or camera.
So, let me take you on an adventure, let me worry about capturing the moment and let you just enjoy and soak up every second with your loved one(s)
